It's the third one I've ever made, and I'm really happy with how it turned out!! 
=phlum referred to it as 'Plushador', and it just sort of stuck.

But yes, people not having Paypal is an issue I'd have to think about dealing with... |D
For the eyes and leaf I just drew them out freehand... but for the main body I used a pattern.
And ah, very helpful to know - I have a couple of felt plushies I'm supposed to make for Easter and I'm feeling a little clueless about where to start, but as they won't need any definite shapes, perhaps I'll be okay if I just make it up as I go (or at least make my own patterns, heh) . . . maybe . . .
