'Sexify your Page' by `SanguineEpitaph is a HTML-novice-friendly, easy to follow tutorial on the basics of customising your dA profile. And even I managed to tackle it, (eventually) so I guarantee that you can too!  dA Guide: Text Formatting 'dA Guide: Text Formatting' by ~SweetDuke is the useful guide I've been using for all my text formatting needs! And finally, `CypherVisor's gallery has a whole host of useful custom box resources to be used - for free! If you need any help, I probably can't help you, (I know right, useful!) though if you still want to try me, I'll give it my best shot! However, `SanguineEpitaph is a lot more in-the-know than I am, and he's so super helpful I'd rather send you to him for more advice on how this works, since I'm sure he can help you!  |

My name is Anna - I'm 18 years old and I live in England. I'm certainly not considered a normal teenager, but I'm okay with that if you are.  I don't like alcohol or parties, I can't dance, I don't smoke or bunk off school. I'm probably at my happiest with some hot tea in my Keane mug, curled up with a book or spread out across whole surfaces with my art equipment drawing or painting. Though primarily a traditional artist, I love art of all kinds! I used to be very restricted to pencil drawings (and manga...), but more recently I've hugely enjoyed branching out and trying out new things, probably none of which I would have done without the support of everyone who has helped me out, be it by favouriting, commenting, or doing both on a regular basis! (You lot in particular, your support is invaluable!!)  I'm proud to be part of the deviantART community.I like almost all music, though my favourite band of all time is Keane. My taste varies greatly depending on my mood, though, and while I might not always openly admit it, I do enjoy the occasional rap, rock, or drum and bass song. I'm not a big fan of genres, though - I find that there can be so much variety within one artist's work, album, or even song that categorising music in such a fashion is almost... restricting. Music is amazing, and there's something for every mood.  Here to help! I have some knowledge in terms of pixel art, emoticon... ism, animation, profile 'pimping' and text formatting, as well as a wide range of traditional techniques since I'm always experimenting, so please don't hesitate to ask. I might not know everything there is to know about deviantART or the creation of art, but in any case I'll do my very best to help you out! Failing that, I'm almost certain I can point you in the direction of someone who can help you better. I have some lovely, wise, and very helpful friends.   I'm always around. Even at my busiest times I'll almost certainly be lurking here and there, and you have my word that no matter how much I neglect my messages, I'll catch up in the end.
